First Step Fitness ScheduleAt First Step Fitness we offer a number of different times for our clients to participate in TEAM Training. 

We understand that everyone's schedule is different and do our best to accomodate each individual.  Below are a list of times that we offer both PRIVATE Training and TEAM Training.  

Open Gym hours are 5:30am until 9:00pm.  PRIVATE Training hours are also used for new member assessments.

For perspective members, scheduling an appointment in advance is necessary.

TEAM Training Class Schedule:
 Monday: 7am, 8:30am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
 Tuesday: 7am, 8am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm
 Wednesday: 7am, 8:30am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm,
 Thursday: 7am, 8am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm
 Friday: 7am, 8:30am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
 Saturday: 8am to 11am

Combat Training Class Schedule:
 Tuesday: 5pm, 6pm
 Thursday: 5pm, 6pm
 Saturday: 9am to 11am

Diet Talk Schedule:
Tuesday: 5pm

Theraflex Schedule:
Alternating Wednesdays and Thursdays: 6pm
